Credits, plans and billing

What does a single remake cost in credits?

It depends on the job and the quality tier you pick. A Standard-quality edit of one photo takes 4 credits, Pro takes 12 and Max takes 44. Cutting out a background is as little as 1 credit, upscales begin at 3 credits and scale with the target size, and video runs from 1 credit per second on Draft up to 30 per second on Cinematic.

How far will the Starter plan actually stretch?

Starter loads 1,000 credits onto your account each month — enough for roughly 250 Standard-quality photo remakes, or a mix of edits, upscales and short clips. Pro triples that budget at 2,500 credits, and Studio doubles Pro again at 5,000.

Do bigger jobs — extra photos, higher resolution — cost more?

Yes, and the schedule is fixed so there are no surprises. Blending two input photos runs 4, 14 or 46 credits by tier instead of the single-photo rate, upscales are priced by output megapixels from 3 up to 80 credits, and 1080p video costs more per second than 720p (Fast moves from 4 to 8, Cinematic from 30 to 40).

Can I put the tools through their paces before paying?

Yes — signing in with Google hands you 4 credits on the house, which covers one Standard-quality run of any tool in the studio. No card, no trial countdown; subscribe only once you like what came out.

How do I switch plans or walk away?

The billing portal handles both directions. Move up a tier and you pay only the price difference on the spot, with the extra credits landing in your account right away. Move down or cancel and the change waits until your current period runs out, so nothing you've paid for is cut short.

I hold both plan credits and purchased credits — which drain first?

Your monthly plan credits are always spent ahead of any credits you bought separately. Plan credits reset on each billing date rather than carrying over, so the studio burns those first and leaves your purchased balance untouched until they're gone.
